NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Clementon will be held on the following date:
Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 12:15PM
The meeting will be held at 101 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, New Jersey.
Matters to be considered are as follows:
- RESOLUTION R26-94 DESIGNATING STEPHEN RIZZO, INC. AS THE REDEVELOPER OF THE AREA GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS 152 OHIO AVENUE, FRONTING ON OHIO AND SILVER AVENUES, APPROXIMATELY ONE BLOCK SOUTH OF ROUTE 30, IDENTIFIED ON THE CLEMENTON TAX MAP AS BLOCK 54, LOT 3.01
Formal Action will be taken.
Notice of said meeting has been posted at Borough Hall and posted on the municipal website on June 3, 2026.
